1. Policy Cancellation Notice

All lesson cancellations must be submitted via email, the academy website, or the cancellation form at the front desk.Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Online cancellations are valid only after an email confirmation is received.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be credited and applied to the following month’s tuition.

3. Missed Lessons Without Notice

Any lesson missed without prior notification will be charged in full, with no rescheduling permitted.Students who miss two consecutive lessons without notice will forfeit their lesson time slot.

4. Attendance Requirement

Students who are absent from their scheduled lesson time more than 50% of the time over a six-month period may be removed from the schedule.
